Bear Crawl Finisher

"They told me I couldn't. That's why I did"

1st annual Bear Crawl was held at Jellystone Park Marion NC. We were met with rain, cold temps. Every racer defied the odds of "what's possilble". A tough course designed by Kevin Gauthier, owner of 828 Hybrid and an Elite OCR racer. The Bear Crawl featured 20 obstacles including river traverses, mud bogs, 135 lb log carry (elite men), tire flips, tire drags, walls, fire and a brutal 1/4 mile bear crawl up ranger's revenge.

All proceeds of the event benefited Alive^3 (cubed) and its quest to help others live live to the fullest. Alive cubed funds bucket list experiences for exceptional, selfless individuals who need a little help to realize a dream. Over Four thousand dollars was raised to assist in this mission. Thank you to all who had a part in this, lives will be touched for years to come.

One team, dedicated this race to raise funds to fund Aubrey's family get-a-way to the Great Wolf Lodge. Aubrey was diagnosed with abdominal neuroblastoma at the age 4. Her and her family have been battling this disease as well as raising awareness for Neuroblastoma. All race admissions for Team Aubrey will be going to funding this excursion
